Veterinary Receptionist
Full-time · Woodward, OK
Our receptionist is the face of the clinic — the first person clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the steady presence that keeps our day organized. If you enjoy working with people (and pets), and you take pride in being thorough and reliable, we would love to meet you.
Who you are
- Friendly, calm, and organized — the first voice clients hear
- Comfortable with computers (scheduling software, email, basic record entry)
- Reliable and punctual; able to work Saturday mornings
- Animal-loving and willing to help where needed during busy moments
What you would do
- Greet clients and check patients in and out
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages to the medical team
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Keep the lobby and front desk clean and welcoming
- Coordinate with the technicians and doctors on the day's flow
